Looking Back At 2020

Happy New Year! We gathered just a few of our favorite memories from the past year. Check out our 2020 highlight reel below!

We Turned on The Lights

Our largest project to date opened in West Fargo! The Lights brings 100 apartments and multiple businesses to the area.

We are excited that the community has embraced The Lights Plaza this year! Many participated in family fun nights, movie nights, concerts, art shows, and open skate at the ice rink. Our focus for this project was to create a space that would bring the community together, and seeing everyone enjoy themselves at The Lights was a huge accomplishment for our team.

Current businesses include Bar Down, Jade + Jasper Boutique, Taylor Jane Photography, The Lights Nutrition, Amy Rose Salon, Bell Bank, and Moxie Java.

Expanded to New Cities

EPIC expanded to two new cities – Bismarck and Jamestown!

Area 57 located in Bismarck ND had two buildings open on the north side of town and all apartment units are completely full. Over 50% of the commercial space is currently full with tenants including Pain Treatment Center Anesthesiologists, Realty One Group, Kra!ve Nutrition, and ATA Martial Arts. Area 57 Phase II is currently funding!

UJ Place in partnership with the University of Jamestown opened this fall. Businesses that currently call UJ Place home are Modern Wellness and Knight & Day Coffee House. This development is located right on campus giving the students a place to live and work. UJ Place has commercial space still available!

EPIC Events Brought Entertainment to West Fargo

One of our biggest lessons this year was learning how to roll with the punches. EPIC Events was started in early 2020 supporting local art & entertainment. Big names including Sawyer Brown, Hairball, Jimmie Allen, and PJ Fleck came to West Fargo to perform. Another high note was hosting our very first art show – that included 150+ pieces and 50+ local artists. Despite the circumstances, it was a great first year.

Announcement of EOLA by EPIC

EOLA by EPIC is going to change the landscape in south Fargo. This development is located on 45th Street (previously a section of Anderson Park) just south of Interstate 94 in Fargo. EOLA will bring life to this underutilized space with apartments, condos, commercial space, and a park! Construction starts this spring on the first phase. Stay tuned!

Renovated The Mill

The Mill, located in Grand Forks, ND, is a historic building revitalized with a modern touch. Currently, 11/12 of the residential units are leased out. This prominent corner also has over 4,000+ SF of commercial space for lease available on the first level.

Condos by EPIC Coming Soon

After extensive research, we have found that more condos are needed in the Fargo-Moorhead area. EPIC Realty will be leading our condo sales at several of our buildings including ENVY at The Lights, EOLA and Gateway! If you are interested in reserving a condo check our CondosbyEPIC.com.

Winter Fun at The Lights

The Lights ice skating rink has been a success! Both ice skaters and hockey players have enjoyed the rink. Around 3,000 people have been to open skate! Bring your own skates or rent them in the warming house for $5 per pair. The Lights ice rink also hosts private rentals, hockey games, and watch n’ skate events.

EPIC Management was Top 3 in Best of the Red River Valley

A huge accomplishment of ours was being nominated for the “Best Apartment Rental Company” in the Red River Valley and we placed 3rd. THANK YOU to everyone who voted!

EPIC Companies Volunteer Committee

EPIC gives back. Something new we started this year was the “EPIC Volunteer Committee”. Our employees were given the option to join this committee and help cultivate new ways to give back to the community. The first mission was a Holiday Donation Box to give toys to children in need and the second event was a Dine to Donate at Spicy Pie to raise money for The Christmas Gift. We look forward to planning more ways to give back in 2021!

Big Things Coming in 2021!

Thank you to our friends, family, community, and supporters. We ended 2020 on a high note and can’t wait for all that is to come in 2021!
