Do your friends describe you as conscientious, trustworthy, meticulous…maybe even perfectionist? If so, please keep reading because we’re looking for those qualities in our Capital Coordinator. This important role will work with our energetic Capital Advisors to create and manage confidential investor documents and communication. As you can imagine, it requires much discretion and razor-like attention to detail.

As our Capital Coordinator, you will manage capital communication and documentation and support the finance team through communication with company investors, document processing and preparation, and maintain accurate records. You’ll also read, analyze, and interpret business communication.

Okay, that’s the behind-the-scenes stuff. The plot twist here is that we’re also looking for someone who is comfortable being in front of our investors. But you’ll greet visitors, respond to inquiries and incoming calls, communicate with investors, and coordinate and attend Capital marketing events such as the ND State Fair, Big Iron, KMOT Ag Show. A little balance is healthy, right?
