EPIC Companies is looking for a motivated Construction Project Manager to join our Construction team.


As the Construction Project Manager for EPIC Companies in Minot, you will work in lockstep with the VP of Construction, taking the projects from design to closeout. You’ll help in communicating EPIC’s vision to everyone on the project to keep them focused, on budget, and on time.


Every day you will work with a team of other construction professionals on design details, contract negotiations, meeting coordination, fee and pricing decisions, assist in communicating progress and schedules to the stakeholders, and assist in overall budget and financial reporting to ensure the project deliverables are within the approved scope.


To thrive in the job, you must have a valid driver’s license and experience in managing people and projects in the commercial/multi-family construction world. You will need prior experience in developing new and growing existing subcontractor relationships, and a clear understanding of your role in driving and managing the process through past experience. You are not afraid of handling conflict and holding everyone accountable because you have done this in past jobs.
