The Hospitality Director (HD) will oversee the management companies of hotel properties that are owned by EPIC Companies and its investors. HD will review financials, operations, etc. of each property on at least a monthly basis with management companies.

The HD will also be involved with development and operations of future hospitality products, such as hotels, bars, restaurants, etc.


  • Communicate with management of EPIC hospitality products.
  • Be part of revenue team.
  • Review properties on a monthly basis at a minimum.
  • Work with development team on hospitality products.
  • Maintains budgets and monitors costs.
  • Works with management and EPIC purchasing vendor relationships.
  • Involved with long term financing options.
  • Work with franchises on PIP, long term planning, etc.


  • Experience in the hospitality, food & beverage, and convention industry.

  • Familiar with gaming, including table games and video pull tabs.
  • Proficient in Excel.


  • Associate’s degree or higher in hotel/restaurant management a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a bar, restaurant, and hotel.
  • Supervisor experience.
  • Catering/Banquet/Convention knowledge a plus.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
