Due to continued expansion, we’re seeking a Sales Manager to promote events and the innovative EPIC brand by selling sponsorships and other assets for regional events and venues. You will excel in this role if you’re already well-established in the community, you can build on existing relationships, and you’re motivated to develop new contacts through research, community involvement, and professional networking.

EPIC is all about building relationships, so we’re looking for the right fit. Are you confident, sincere, honest, and trustworthy? How about professionally polished and a superb communicator? That’s what makes a good fit, not only for this role, but also for EPIC’s culture.

We expect you to know your customers, not just your accounts.



  • Associate degree in business or related area of study + two years relevant experience. Equivalent work experience may be considered as substitute for education. 
  • Regular overnight travel to the Minot, ND area will be an expectation of this position.
