EOLA by EPIC Coming to Fargo

EOLA by EPIC has been approved in Fargo, ND.

This master-planned development, just south of I94 and right off 45^th St. South, is in Anderson Park. EOLA by EPIC is in the middle of Fargo next to numerous hotels, bars, and restaurants. This development is planned to have multiple mixed-use buildings, each approximately seven stories high, with a parking ramp built on premise. Other features include a fountain, green space, a bus stop, affordable housing, walking paths, underground parking, youth activities, a sky way and more.
