EPIC Companies announces plan to build North Dakota’s largest water park in Fargo

FARGO — In what many will consider a brilliant marketing move, EPIC Companies of West Fargo released renderings and details Wednesday, July 20, for the hotel and indoor water park it plans to build along 45th Street in Fargo. Few things sound better than a water park in the middle of a summer heat wave.
But residents will have to be patient. The project is not expected to be completed until the fall of 2024.
Water Park and Hotel Director Eric Goolst talked with The Forum Thursday, July 21, about what people can expect. The Boston native has had a long career in hospitality, most recently with Great Wolf Lodges in the Wisconsin Dells and Chicago.
Goolst is now overseeing the design and construction of a 125-room hotel, 5-story parking ramp and 45,000-square-foot water park included in the EOLA Park by EPIC development along 45th Street in south Fargo.
