Gateway Open House

November 4, 2021

Thank you to all who joined us at Gateway by EPIC’s Open House last Thursday, October 28th!

It was a great evening of community, conversation, and inspiration.

The event took place from 4-6pm in the Gateway community room and was open to the public. The community room is available for all Gateway tenants to use and enjoy. It features a kitchen, fireplace, rooftop patio, and great views of downtown Fargo, Moorhead, and the Red River.

During this event, the community room was stocked with homemade pies and cookies from The Fryn’ Pan, Gateway’s first floor commercial tenant. Guests and tenants were able to enjoy these delicious treats as well as beverages from the fully stocked fridge.

Live music was performed by the talented singer and songwriter Rachel Ianiro throughout the evening.

The community room has modern features such as white tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, and white quartz countertops. The décor gives a rustic touch to the space with train themed antiques and burnt orange colors. Locally made paintings display the community of Fargo and make this room feel like home.
