When EPIC Companies broke ground in July 2020 at this prime location next to Veterans Memorial Bridge, the name for this landmark building was a given, Gateway by EPIC. It was the “Gateway” between Fargo and Moorhead. Construction was complete October 2021, just over one year later. Love history? Visit the Historical and Cultural Society of Clay County. You’ll see a hand-built Viking Ship that once sailed to Norway and a full-scale replica of the Hopperstad Stave Church in Norway. In addition to these two amazing artifacts, there are several other fascinating exhibits open for viewing.
