New Plant Boutique to Put Down Roots in Pioneer Place

Business will soon be booming, or shall we say blooming, when new plant shop Pansy Plants opens its doors in suite 150 at Pioneer Place. After campaigning to raise the capital needed to officially acquire the space, founder Scott Brezina is one step closer to fulfilling his dream of opening the brick-and-mortar plant store.

Pioneer Place, located at The Yards on Sheyenne in downtown West Fargo, opened in 2019 and is a part of the mixed-use streetscape that began with Sheyenne Plaza as part of the Main Street ND initiative. The first floor of the mixed-use building is dedicated to store-front while the above 3 floors contain 50 apartments. Pansy Plants will be moving into suite 150, nestled between Ferguson Books and Cookie Krums, the latter owned by a close friend of Brezina.
