InForum: Pizza chain expected to move into Moorhead

MOORHEAD – The newly-constructed Vanné building in downtown Moorhead has lined up another commercial tenant, building permit records indicate.

A Domino’s is on tap for the space, with building permit records listing fit-up costs at $200,000. The location will be the pizza chain’s third in Moorhead and eighth overall in the metro area.

Opened earlier this year, EPIC Companies’ Vanné building is one piece of what is hoped to be a downtown resurgence for Moorhead. The building features 33 apartment units and several commercial spaces on the ground level. Caravel Autism Health is also a tenant of the first floor commercial area.

The expected opening date for the new Domino’s is unknown. A request for comment from Domino’s corporate office did not receive a response.
