UJ Place “A Multi-Use Place planned for University of Jamestown

McKenzy Olson, from EPIC Companies, says she is excited to be working with the University of Jamestown to complete a 5-story multi-use building by the end of next summer. 

UJ Place will have 56 units, 112 student beds and 13,000 sq. feet of commercial space. It is right on the east side of the campus. 

With the aggressive construction schedule, they hope to have students moving in as soon as the ’20-’21 school year.
