JP Place Celebrates Grand Opening

EPIC Companies has opened its first building in Perham, MN.

On Tuesday, December 5th an open house at JP Place gave residents and visitors a chance to tour the building and celebrate its grand opening. JP Place is a 5-story, mixed-use building in the heart of Downtown Perham at 210 E Main St. It offers 43 apartments and 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The apartment units have one and two-bedroom layouts. Residents will also have the amenities of a community room, fitness room, rooftop patio, and underground parking.

This is a long awaited development as additional new housing was needed. EPIC Companies is excited to join this Minnesota community.
