The Tracks will be a multi-use development surrounding an entertainment plaza. This master planned development will include seven mixed-use buildings with apartments, condos, and commercial space. The development will also have a water feature, plaza, bus stop, walking paths, a small stage, underground parking, parking ramp, and community activities. Located in southwest Minot, ND, The Tracks will be part of this growing area, located across the street from Trinity Hospital, next to the new Highlander Office Park, and west of the YMCA along the newly finished 37th Avenue.
The Tracks will be developed in a similar fashion to “The Lights”, located in West Fargo, ND and “The Beacon” in Grand Forks, ND. It will build upon the Magic City’s live, work and play mentality. The Tracks will be developed in phases. Phase I construction kicks off in the spring of 2022 with the first two buildings. Building one will be named “Maverick” and building two will be named “Sheridan” to pay homage to the theme. Phase II will follow with the next two buildings and the public plaza spaces. Phase III will include the next set of buildings, parking structure and the remaining part of the public plaza. The plan is for the entire development to be completed in 2026.
The Tracks will have 60,000+ SF of commercial space. This mixed-use development will draw all types of business. The Tracks plans to have several bars and restaurants with charitable gaming that will be interactive and cater to the public space. EPIC looks to work with multiple commercial, retail and customer service businesses to complement this development in what is expected to be a vibrant and active area in town with a potential for continuous growth.
Residential space at The Tracks will consist of both apartments and condos. More residential information coming soon.
