The Lights Events Center opens in West Fargo; Dive Bar under construction.

A new events space is now open at The Lights complex in West Fargo, and a bar will follow in coming weeks.
The Lights Event Center, a rentable space on the ground floor of the Envy at The Lights building at 360 32nd Ave. W., is designed to host a wide range of activities, including corporate and community events, weddings, receptions, anniversaries, birthdays and other special gatherings.
The space can accommodate up to 250 people, Manager Catherine “Cat” Tefft said Monday, Oct. 23.
“We’re really hoping to show this space off,” said Tefft, who will also manage the neighboring West Fargo Dive Bar, which is still under construction.
There is a sleek, minimalist look about Lights Event Center, with its black industrial ceiling beams and ductwork, white tile walls, butcher block tables and polished concrete floor.
