Boulevard Square is currently a two-building mixed-use center located in a booming neighborhood in West Fargo, ND. This neighborhood is rapidly expanding with construction and development creating an urban landscape. EPIC will soon begin construction on Phase III, expanding Boulevard Square with another mixed-use building. Phase III is expected to be complete in 2022.
