Our story at EPIC began small, with just developments like Beaver Ridge in Minot, ND, and Boulevard Square I and II in West Fargo, ND. EPIC is now proud to be a prominent regional development firm. Today, the company manages diverse projects such as The Lights in West Fargo, EOLA in Fargo, The Beacon in Grand Forks, and The Tracks in Minot. Project values range from $50,000,000 to over $150,000,000.

By the end of 2023, EPIC will have accumulated $730 million in developments, achieving $150 million annually. In 2024, EPIC projects to manage approximately 1,060 apartments, with the majority located in the FMWF region.
